Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager in Jaipur & Ajmer location. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, drive sales performance, collections, build customer relationships, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring branch staff, monitoring loan portfolios, and implementing strategies to meet branch targets.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and People Management: Prior experience in managing teams and mentoring staff.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing loan portfolios and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Strong skills in driving sales performance and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Organizational and Strategic Thinking: Ability to implement branch-level strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in the banking, finance, or housing loan sector is a significant advantage.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Additional Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
