About the Role:

Join a team that plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability and customer satisfaction of products under the TiVo brand. As a Senior SDET in Software QA, you will get an opportunity to collaborate with all the teams and influence the development of dynamically developing systems which are being created for enabling true Content First experience by focusing on their robustness, stability and performance.

What You Will Get to Do:

• Test Automation: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Test Case Development: Analyze requirements, define criteria, create tests, and develop automated scripts.
• Test Execution: Execute and oversee automated test suites, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and identifying areas for improvement.
• Defect Management: Identify, report, track and collaborate with development for resolution.
• Mentoring: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on test automation techniques, programming languages, and tools.
• Documentation and Technical Knowledge: Build teams awareness, competencies and skills.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive the adoption of best practices in test automation, including code reviews, test design, and performance optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders to define testing strategies and requirements.

Main Requirements for the Role:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Software Testing and 4 years in Test Automation.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and practices in software development.
• Very good spoken and written English (B2).
• Knowledge of Testing Tools: Jenkins, Selenium.
• Strong programming skills in Python (Advanced level).
• Experience with CI testing systems (Jenkins, GitHub Action).
• Knowledge of the most common test results analysis tools (Allure, XRay).
• Willingness and solid attitude to take initiative and responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in hardware testing and configuration.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Javascript.
• ISTQB - Foundation Level.
• Knowledge of: JIRA / Confluence / Xray.
• Knowledge of Digital TV standards: DVB / IPTV.
