OUR IMPACT

GS Dashboards is a no-code dashboard builder used firmwide to securely connect to internal data sources and visualize insights at scale. Over the past 5 years, teams have created hundreds of dashboards across more than 60 projects, with 8,000 monthly active users across divisions. The platform accelerates time-to-insight, standardizes visualization best practices, and reduces bespoke engineering through self-service analytics with enterprise governance.

YOUR IMPACT

Youll architect and refine frontend-heavy features in TypeScript/React (with Redux), while building and maintaining services on Kubernetes to ensure performance, security, and reliability at scale. Youll turn common analytics needs into reusable visualization components, templates, and data connectors, integrating securely with internal data platforms and REST APIs and improving query efficiency and caching. Youll also drive AI-enabled experiencessuch as prompt-driven dashboard creationevaluating and integrating GenAI responsibly within enterprise guardrails. Partnering with product, UX, data, and security, youll shape the roadmap, define success metrics, and provide responsive support by managing feature requests end to end. Throughout, youll uphold strong engineering standards in testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation, and operational excellence, contributing runbooks and SLOs that reduce incidents and MTTR.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end platform evolution: architect, build, and optimize core frontend (TypeScript, React, Redux) and supporting services ) running on Kubernetes to deliver secure, reliable, and performant experiences at scale.
• Data integration at scale: expand and harden connectivity to internal data platforms and REST APIs; improve query performance, caching strategies, and access controls to uphold governance.
• Advance AI-powered capabilities: explore, prototype, and ship features like prompt-driven dashboard creation and recommendationsimplemented responsibly within enterprise guardrails.
• Operational excellence: raise quality through robust testing, CI/CD, observability, and documentation; create runbooks and SLOs to reduce incidents and MTTR; participate in on-call where applicable.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with design, security, data platform, and support teams to deliver cohesive solutions; mentor peers and contribute to engineering best practices and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative subject such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years professional experience with modern programming languages (preferably TypeScript).
• Proficiency in integrating UIs with REST services; familiarity with for backend services.
• Familiarity with and modern frontend performance optimization.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests and using CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, DB2, Sybase) and distributed NoSQL stores (e.g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying at the forefront of AI and GenAI advancements and applying them to solve business challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
