We are seeking an Associate Software Engineer in Krakw, Poland. This is a Hybrid work position, and individual will be required to report into our Krakw, Poland Office 2 days per week.

What You'll Do:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Associate Software Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role, with the requirement to report to our Poland office two days per week. In this role, you will develop software applications and solutions based on business and system requirements. You will work on writing, editing, and debugging code for assigned projects, and collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless software development. Using Test Driven Development (TDD), you will deliver high-quality solutions and contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance. As a Junior Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow, implementing new technologies and design patterns, while also assisting the testing team and supporting personnel to resolve application issues.

• Develop software applications and solutions based on documented business and system requirements.
• Write, edit, and debug code for assigned projects.
• Understand how applications operate, are structured, and how to use them.
• Provide assistance to the testing team and support personnel as needed to resolve application issues.
• Respond promptly and professionally to bug reports.
• Provide input and estimates about the efforts required to build desired functionality.
• Learn and implement new technologies and design patterns.
• Use Test Driven Development (TDD) techniques to specify a detailed executable design for your solution.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure cohesive and efficient software development.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance to streamline the development process.

What You May Need to be Successful:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent.
• 1 years of application development experience in one or more of the following: Backend (Java or C#), Frontend (Angular 4 or React).
• Desire to learn all layers of the stack from frontend UI to databases and model layers.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a distributed team environment.
• Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
