We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic, cross-functional team. Youll build and optimize AI-driven solutions and data pipelines, working with modern cloud and data technologies to deliver impactful results.

About Role:

First Advantage Corporation is looking for a QA Engineer to join a fast-paced, aggressive-growth company. What You Will Be Doing

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts to ensure software quality.
• Perform functional, integration, regression testing to identify bugs or defects.
• Perform automated software load testing to identify performance issues.
• Perform software security testing to identify the security flaws in the system.
• Document and track the defects and their resolutions.
• Use test automation tools and frameworks to increase the efficiency of the testing process.
• Improve QA processes, explore and utilize best QA tools.
• Participate in the planning and execution of software releases, ensuring all components meet quality standards.
• Report quality metrics and test results to management and stakeholders.
• Engage as a technical expert in an agile team environment.
• Provide feedback to the development team on potential improvements in the software design to ensure better testability.
• Collaborate and communicate with the product and development teams.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-3 years of proven experience as a quality assurance engineer, software tester, or similar role with expertise in manual and automated testing.
• Ability to test applications in both manual and automated ways.
• Ability to test both API and UI sections of software applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript or any other relevant languages to build and run automated test scripts.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools like Selenium, Selenium IDE, JUnit, JMeter, Testcafe, Postman, Puppeteer, and similar frameworks.
• Experience with bug tracking and project management tools.
• Understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment.
• Experience with mobile app testing will be a plus.
• Experience with cross-platform automated integration testing would be a plus.
• Experience with RDBMS scripting will be a plus.
