Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting showroom operations to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Sales Assistance

  • Greet customers and understand their requirements

  • Provide product information and assist in purchase decisions

  • Offer refreshments and ensure a delightful in-store experience

  • Sales Performance & KPI Achievement

  • Work towards daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue

  • Follow standard sales processes for smooth transactions

  • Order, Advance & Repair Follow-up

  • Track customer orders, advance payments, and repairs

  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding status updates

  • Telecalling & Customer Retention

  • Conduct Guest Connect calls to engage customers

  • Gather feedback to enhance customer service

  • Showroom Operations & Maintenance

  • Maintain sales kit, counters, and packing material stock

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of counters

  • Delivery & Post-Sales Process

  • Support smooth billing and delivery documentation

  • Key & Leave Management

  • Handle showroom keys (for male staff)

  • Follow leave protocols for team coordination

  • Discipline, Grooming & Time Management

  • Adhere to company grooming standards and punctuality

  • Follow showroom schedules diligently

  • Old Gold Valuation Assistance

  • Support the team in valuing customers old gold

  • Target Sheet & BTL Activities

  • Maintain target sheets

  • Participate in showroom-level promotional activities

  • Team Support & Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations team to achieve goals

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Target-driven and proactive attitude

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Prior retail/jewellery sales experience preferred.
