Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant to the Chief Deputy Officer – Operations
. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and operational support experience within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end executive support to the
Chief Deputy Officer – Operations - Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence
- Prepare presentations, MIS reports, dashboards, and briefing notes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across operations, sales, compliance, and finance
- Track action items, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in operational reviews, process improvement initiatives, and strategic projects
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Key Requirements
- 6+ years of experience
as an EA / Executive Support role - Prior experience with a
leading insurance company is mandatory - Education from Davars College of Executive Education (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- High level of discretion, attention to detail, and time management
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting senior leadership (CXO / CDO / CDO-1 level)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
