Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Manager (Interior Fit Out) located in Hyderabad. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials related to interior fit-out projects. Daily tasks include vendor management, cost control, contract management, inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role also involves coordinating with project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in vendor management, sourcing, and procurement for corporate interior fit out projects.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and control costs
  • Familiarity with interior fit-out materials and supply chain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the interior fit-out industry is a plus
