Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Purchase Reporting Executive to join our Purchase Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling, maintaining, and presenting purchase reports by coordinating with purchase managers and teams across all outlets. This role requires strong proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools, along with prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.

Key Responsibilities:


• Coordinate with all Purchase Managers and Purchase Departments across outlets to collect and consolidate purchase data.


• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly purchase reports in accurate and presentable formats.


• Summarize purchase information to highlight key insights, trends, and variances for management review.


• Ensure timely submission of reports to the Head of Purchase and senior management.


• Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.


• Assist in developing new formats and templates for efficient data collection and reporting.


• Maintain updated records of vendor purchases, invoices, and cost analyses.


• Use Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts to analyze data effectively.


• Support the automation and digitalization of reporting processes using advanced Excel or software tools.


• Collaborate closely with the finance and inventory teams to ensure alignment in data reporting.
