Group General Manager (GGM) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial direction across a portfolio of hotels within the group. This role ensures brand consistency, operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability by guiding property-level General Managers and aligning all hotels with the company's long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Development

• Develop and execute multi-property operational strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead hotel openings, renovations, and brand integration across the portfolio.
• Identify growth opportunities including acquisitions, conversions, and new markets.
• Implement annual business plans, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for each property.

2. Operational Management

• Oversee daily operations of all hotels through direct supervision of General Managers.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, operating procedures, and safety regulations.
• Drive excellence in Rooms, F&B, Sales, Revenue Management, Engineering, and Housekeeping.
• Review operational reports regularly to identify opportunities for improvement.

3. Financial Performance

• Monitor and manage multi-property budgets, P&L statements, and financial targets.
• Maximize revenue streams through effective pricing, distribution, and cost control.
• Implement group-wide cost-saving programs without compromising quality.
• Analyze financial results and provide corrective action plans where necessary.

4. Guest Experience & Quality Assurance

• Champion a customer-centric culture across all hotels.
• Oversee quality audits and ensure guest satisfaction scores meet or exceed targets.
• Address major guest issues escalated from individual properties.
• Ensure consistent service delivery and brand experience across the portfolio.

5. People Management & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate General Managers and senior hotel leaders.
• Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Build a high-performance culture through motivation, coaching, and recognition.
• Promote diversity, staff engagement, and a positive work environment.

6. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Enforce policies covering health & safety, food hygiene, HR practices, and financial controls.
• Develop crisis management and business continuity strategies for the hotel group.

7. Stakeholder & Owner Relations

• Serve as the primary liaison with hotel owners, investors, and board members.
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in upscale or luxury hotel operations.
• Proven track record in multi-property or regional hotel management.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets.
• Expertise in revenue management, F&B operations, and brand management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹250, ₹300,000.00 per month
