Position: HR Intern
Company: Ziraya Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
Work Mode: Onsite
Stipend: Up to ₹12,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern to join our team at Ziraya Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon. This role is perfect for individuals who want to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Support in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation of new hires.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies across job portals.
- Support HR activities such as employee engagement, attendance tracking, and policy updates.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks of the HR department.
Requirements:
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions and recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
