About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning, organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced and people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports, letters, and documentation.
  • Participate in HR projects related to policy development, diversity & inclusion, and process improvement.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
