Job Title: Helpdesk Analyst

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Location: Valasaravakkam

Shift timing: 9.30am to 6.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and troubleshoot RFID-related issues.
  • Provide remote support and coordinate with site engineers for on-ground resolutions.
  • Log, track, and update tickets to ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 6–12 months of helpdesk/IT support experience.
  • Good troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with technical teams.
  • Basic knowledge of RFID/IT systems is an added advantage.
