As a Campaigns Manager to joining dynamic Marketing Services team you will be responsible for executing demand generation and field marketing programs using our marketing automation platform. You will also support target audience segmentation and direct marketing initiatives to drive engagement, generate pipeline, and improve conversion rates.

Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

• Develop, execute, and optimize marketing automation workflows, email marketing campaigns, nurture campaigns, and audience segments within Eloqua.
• Ensure alignment of campaigns with business objectives, target audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Serve as the central point of contact, collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop, test, and launch campaigns on time.
• Create and optimize HTML emails to meet campaign-specific requirements, ensuring high engagement and deliverability.
• Design and manage lead nurture campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and product adoption.
• Leverage data-driven segmentation strategies to deliver highly targeted and personalized marketing initiatives.
• Utilize and enhance marketing technology tools to improve campaign efficiency and overall performance.
• Continuously optimize email marketing efforts through A/B testing, lifecycle management, personalization, and innovative approaches.

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Eloqua.
• Strong understanding of email marketing, including lead nurturing, campaign automation, and best practices.
• Proficiency in UTM/Query string parameters.
• Experience integrating marketing automation platforms (like Eloqua) with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects with great attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 2,117,800 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
