Position Summary

We are seeking a
Junior Engineer – Operations
for our
64 TPD Air Separation Unit
located at Jejuri. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safe and reliable gas production and uninterrupted online supply to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor Air Separation Unit (ASU) equipment including turbines, compressors, and process control systems.
  • Ensure continuous and safe operation of the plant as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Record and analyze process parameters to maintain product purity, pressure, and flow requirements.
  • Support start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities of the ASU.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for routine and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate operational logs, reports, and shift handover records.
  • Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations during plant operation.
  • Work in
    rotational shifts
    to ensure 24x7 plant performance and reliability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:
    Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience:
    0–2 years in ASU operation or process plant operation.
  • Knowledge of
    Chinese make ASU systems
    and turbine operation will be an added advantage.
  • Freshers with strong technical aptitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts may also apply.

Key Skills

  • Understanding of cryogenic process and air separation principles.
  • Familiarity with process instrumentation, control systems, and safety practices.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and in shift-based operations.
  • Basic computer knowledge including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and report preparation.
