Location: Bramha Boulevard Towers, Camp, Pune (On-site)

Salary: ₹3,60,000 – ₹4,20,000 per year

Experience Required: 2–3 years

Qualification: Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation) or Operations / Supply Chain

Role Overview

The Junior Operations Executive will support daily operations, documentation, MIS reporting, procurement coordination, and workflow tracking across departments to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
  • Assist with documentation, MIS reporting, and policy-related tasks.
  • Track workflow, project updates, and performance metrics.
  • Support procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain records and prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational guidelines.

Candidate Profile (Skills & Attributes)

  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Process-oriented, reliable, detail-focused, and quick to learn.
  • Comfortable communicating in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
  • Positive, proactive approach with adaptability to new systems.
  • Basic understanding of operational workflows or supply chain concepts.
  • Prior experience is required; candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
