About the Role

We are looking for a motivated 
Junior Sales Executive
 to join our growing real estate team. If you are energetic, good with communication, and eager to build a career in sales, this role is a perfect start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential homebuyers
  • Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and USPs to customers
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with senior sales team
  • Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
  • Assist in sales meetings, presentations, and on-site interactions
  • Support senior executives in closing deals
  • Maintain daily/weekly reporting of leads and follow-ups

Skills & Requirements

  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
  • Basic understanding of sales & customer handling
  • Ability to learn project details quickly
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to grow
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
