Job Overview
The Junior Sales Executive supports the SpazioLiv sales team by managing leads, nurturing prospects, and ensuring every potential client experiences clarity, professionalism, and trust—values central to our brand. This role suits someone who is confident, disciplined, and eager to grow in the premium home interiors segment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound leads for luxury residential interior projects.
• Conduct calls, follow-ups, and schedule consultations with design and sales teams.
• Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and project presentations for clients.
• Understand client needs, budgets, and timelines to qualify leads effectively.
• Maintain updated records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and operations for seamless client experience.
• Achieve monthly lead conversion and consultation targets set by the management.
• Represent SpazioLiv's values of transparency, punctuality, and premium service in every interaction.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term trust and referrals.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes; experience with CRM tools is a bonus.
• Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle high-intent luxury clients.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and disciplined in meeting deadlines.
• Candidates with 0–1 year of experience or freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
Preferred Skills
• Interest in interior design, architecture, or real estate.
• Ability to explain design concepts and pricing clearly.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced premium service environment.
