Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Junior Quality Engineer. The Junior Quality Engineer will be responsible for conducting quality control and assurance activities to ensure product quality. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and inspecting manufacturing processes, identifying quality issues, reporting findings, and collaborating with the production team to implement corrective actions. The role also involves maintaining quality documentation and supporting the continuous improvement of quality management practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance
  • Skills in Product Quality and Quality Management
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
