Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Quality Control (QC) Engineer located in Pune. The Junior QC Engineer will conduct inspections, analyze product quality, and ensure adherence to quality control and assurance standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring production processes, documenting testing procedures, identifying defects, and collaborating with team members to optimize production quality and resolve issues. The selected candidate will also contribute to maintaining compliance with quality management systems and industry regulations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
  • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and report findings
  • Knowledge of Quality Management systems and international compliance standards
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to precision and consistency
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or engineering environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
