Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage branch operations for a portfolio of branches to achieve business targets and ensure excellent customer experience
  • Oversee branch sales and service quality, business volumes, costs, risks and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive deposits, loans, investment products, insurance and transaction volumes through the branches
  • Monitor branch performance, conduct reviews and ensure timely resolution of issues to optimize branch effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Coach, develop and assess branch staff to enhance competencies, ensure compliance to bank policies and meet service level agreements

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in retail/branch banking, with at least 3 years in a management role
  • Degree in Business, Finance or relevant discipline
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning and relationship management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch productivity
  • Ability to analyze data-driven insights and implement initiatives for business growth
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
