Responsibilities

  • Lead the product management function for DBS' credit cards and unsecured loans portfolio, driving business growth through new product development and enhancements to existing offerings
  • Develop product strategies and roadmaps in line with business objectives, consumer needs and market trends through analytical insights
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept development to launch, driving end-to-end delivery with cross-functional partners
  • Monitor product performance through analytics and ensure optimization of portfolio profitability, risk and customer experience
  • Represent the product owner role, balancing business and consumer priorities to deliver innovative yet responsible solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, business analysis or marketing for credit cards, personal loans or related financial services
  • Degree in Business, Finance or relevant discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles from concept to launch
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and achieve business goals through influence and collaboration
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail and strong communication skills
