Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers through phone, email and in-person interactions to resolve queries, address complaints and promote banking products and services
  • Process customer applications for deposits, credits, investments and insurance products through the bank's systems
  • Conduct needs analysis and provide financial recommendations to customers based on their profile and needs
  • Meet sales targets through cross-selling a range of banking products including deposits, investments, credits and insurance
  • Comply with regulatory and internal controls requirements including AML and data privacy in all customer interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or relevant discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service role in a bank or financial institution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with core banking systems considered an advantage
