About the Role
We're hiring a tech-savvy Inbound Sales Executive to handle incoming customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website, social media, phone, and walk-ins. You'll consult customers on PC/workstation/server needs, prepare quotations, and drive conversions with fast follow-ups and CRM discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to new leads within 15 minutes
- Understand customer needs (e.g. VFX, AI, CAD, gaming)
- Recommend hardware solutions or custom builds
- Prepare and send quotations
- Follow up until conversion
- Log all activity in CRM (Zoho / HubSpot / Bigin)
- Ensure a premium customer experience
Requirements
- 1–3 years in tech/IT sales
- Strong communication in English & Malayalam
- Basic PC hardware knowledge (CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, etc.)
- CRM, WhatsApp Business, Excel proficiency
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, and fast responder
