About the Role

We're hiring a tech-savvy Inbound Sales Executive to handle incoming customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website, social media, phone, and walk-ins. You'll consult customers on PC/workstation/server needs, prepare quotations, and drive conversions with fast follow-ups and CRM discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to new leads within 15 minutes
  • Understand customer needs (e.g. VFX, AI, CAD, gaming)
  • Recommend hardware solutions or custom builds
  • Prepare and send quotations
  • Follow up until conversion
  • Log all activity in CRM (Zoho / HubSpot / Bigin)
  • Ensure a premium customer experience

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in tech/IT sales
  • Strong communication in English & Malayalam
  • Basic PC hardware knowledge (CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, etc.)
  • CRM, WhatsApp Business, Excel proficiency
  • Target-driven, detail-oriented, and fast responder
