HR Executive
to strengthen our people operations.

Role Overview

As an
HR Executive
, you will play a key role in managing
day-to-day HR activities
, including
recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations
. You'll work closely with management to build an effective workforce and drive HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Draft HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Support payroll inputs and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and training coordination.
  • Organize
    employee engagement activities
    to build a positive workplace culture.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication.

Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience
    as an HR Executive / HR Generalist, preferably in
    manufacturing / engineering industry
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    recruitment, compliance & HR operations
    .
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/ERP will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication, interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
