About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Tech Lead – Full Stack Engineer

to take complete ownership of product delivery, from concept to deployment. This role combines
hands-on engineering

. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end product lifecycles, collaborating with clients to understand requirements, and leading a talented engineering team to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Product Ownership & Client Management
  • Act as the technical point of contact for clients, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Manage product roadmaps, delivery timelines, and expectations independently.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and client demos.
  • Technical Leadership & Full Stack Development
  • Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications.
  • Build and maintain secure, high-performance REST APIs using
    Python/Django/Django REST Framework

- Develop modern, responsive UI/UX with

ES6+

, and CSS frameworks (TailwindCSS, Bootstrap).
- Integrate frontend with backend services, third-party APIs, and
LLM-based AI features

- DevOps & SDLC Management
- Oversee
CI/CD pipelines

, automated deployments, and infrastructure setup using

and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Ensure robust SDLC processes — requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Team Leadership & Best Practices
- Mentor and guide engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
- Drive technical decision-making and promote engineering excellence.
- Encourage a culture of
TDD

What We're Looking For

  • Experience & Leadership
  • 5+ years in full stack development with a proven track record of leading projects.
  • Ability to
    manage products independently

with minimal oversight.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Core Technical Skills
- Advanced
Python/Django

and REST API development.
- Deep experience with

, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Strong knowledge of
PostgreSQL/MySQL

- Proficiency in
