Tech Lead – Full Stack Engineer (Product & Client Delivery)About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead – Full Stack Engineer to take complete ownership of product delivery, from concept to deployment. This role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and client engagement. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end product lifecycles, collaborating with clients to understand requirements, and leading a talented engineering team to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Product Ownership & Client Management
  • Act as the technical point of contact for clients, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Manage product roadmaps, delivery timelines, and expectations independently.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and client demos.
  • Technical Leadership & Full Stack Development
  • Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications.
  • Build and maintain secure, high-performance REST APIs using Python/Django/Django REST Framework.
  • Develop modern, responsive UI/UX with , ES6+, and CSS frameworks (TailwindCSS, Bootstrap).
  • Integrate frontend with backend services, third-party APIs, and LLM-based AI features.
  • DevOps & SDLC Management
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and infrastructure setup using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Ensure robust SDLC processes — requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Team Leadership & Best Practices
  • Mentor and guide engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
  • Drive technical decision-making and promote engineering excellence.
  • Encourage a culture of TDD, automation, and security-first development.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience & Leadership
  • 5+ years in full stack development with a proven track record of leading projects.
  • Ability to manage products independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Core Technical Skills
  • Advanced Python/Django and REST API development.
  • Deep experience with , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL and database design.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools (Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines).

Additional Expertise

  • Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks).
  • Strong grasp of SDLC processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of application security and data privacy best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
