Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are consistent with the company's overall mission and goals
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for all positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and job offers.
  • Develop and maintain employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws, regulations, and requirements
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disputes, grievances, and performance management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR systems are up-to-date and functioning properly
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a construction or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws, regulations, and requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
