Business Unit: Allstate Roadside

Hiring Manager: Binod Gupta/Vijesh Nair

Location: Pune

No. of Positions: 02 (Voice)

 Job Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing & Verification: Review and process service provider invoices for roadside assistance claims, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Claims Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in claims, ensuring timely approvals or denials.
• Payment Tracking: Process approved payments and perform accurate records of transactions.
• Provider Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for service provider payment inquiries and concerns.
• Collaboration & Process Improvement: Assisting with internal projects and contributing to process improvements.

 Primary Skills:

• While this role focuses on back-office tasks, we are looking for someone who is open and ready for potential transitions into customer-facing roles (Voice/Calls).
• Experience: 1-3 years
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethics and understanding the criticality of TAT.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in 24x7 shifts with split weekly offs.

 Knowledge/Skill/Abilities/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to interact effectively, interacting effectively, with internal or external customers and act with empathy
• Applies advanced skill in motivation, organization, training, coaching and facilitation of teamwork

Candidate should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts
