We are now looking for a dynamic individual who can support both sales and project execution activities to help us manage growing customer demand and ongoing sites.

Role OverviewThe Site & Sales Coordinator will act as a bridge between customers, vendors, and the company. The role involves both field sales and project site coordination, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

  • Handle incoming inquiries from WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, collect site details, and understand requirements.
  • Coordinate with the design team to prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion.
  • Visit new leads (homeowners/builders) for initial discussions and basic measurements.

Site Coordination

  • Visit project sites regularly to track work progress.
  • Take photos, record updates, and share daily reports with management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, electricians, and other workers for execution timelines.
  • Update clients on project status and address on-site concerns.
  • Ensure material deliveries and installations happen as planned.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain project documentation and checklists.
  • Handle client payment reminders or follow-ups when required.
  • Support management in maintaining quality and timelines.
  • RequirementsMinimum education: Diploma / Graduate (any discipline).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, interiors, or site coordination preferred.
  • Good communication and presentation skills (English Kannada/Hindi).
  • Must have a two-wheeler for travel within Bangalore.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/WhatsApp/Google Sheets.
  • Interest in interior design or construction industry is a plus.
