Site Coordinator Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- **Regularly visit customer sites** to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, providing updates and resolving concerns.
- Coordinate and schedule on-site activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor site operations for compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare and submit site visit reports, detailing progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Manage resources allocated to the site, including personnel and materials, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in site coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Ability to travel frequently to various customer sites.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Working Hours & Salary:

- **Duty Timing**: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- **Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
