**Job Summary**:
As a site supervisor for an Epoxy/ PU flooring company, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of flooring installations at construction sites. You will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Coordination**: Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement. Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- **Quality Assurance and Control**: Implement quality control measures to ensure that epoxy/PU flooring installations meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and testing throughout the installation process to identify and address any issues or deviations from specifications.
- **Team Management and Leadership**: Provide guidance and direction to installation teams, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure efficient workflow and project success. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate project records, including daily progress reports, inspection logs, and material usage. Communicate regularly with project managers and other stakeholders, providing updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
