Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensure an excellent candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Specific responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs, and maintaining a candidate database. Additionally, the role involves creating strategies to attract and retain top talent to support the organization's growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent.
  • Skills in Employer Branding and creating strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Strong Interviewing techniques to assess candidates effectively for various roles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics is a plus.
