About the Role

Forasoftware Group is expanding into
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP solutions
. We are seeking a
Business Development Manager
to establish and lead this new division, acting as the
Profit Centre Head
. This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a candidate who can
set up a separate business unit, drive revenue growth, and present a comprehensive strategic plan to the Forasoftware leadership team
.

The ideal candidate will combine
deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem
with strong business acumen, operational rigor, and a passion for customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Strategy

  • Drive business expansion in
    CRM Dynamics 365 and ERP solutions
  • Lead
    B2B, enterprise, and mid-market sales efforts
    with a focus on solution selling
  • Manage strategic deals and build long-term client relationships
  • Present detailed business plans and growth strategies to the leadership team

Division Leadership

  • Establish and lead a
    separate division
    as Profit Centre Head
  • Mentor and manage a high-performing sales and support team
  • Set clear KPIs and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration

Operations & Governance

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT for resource planning and reporting
  • Maintain structured governance and reporting frameworks

Qualifications

  • Education:
    MBA or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Technology
  • Experience:
    8–12 years in sales leadership, with
    mandatory experience in the Microsoft ecosystem
    (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365)
  • Proven track record in
    setting up new business units/divisions
    and managing full sales lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and analytical thinking
  • Growth mindset with inclusive leadership style
