Role Description

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and supporting the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions across CRM and/or ERP modules. This role ensures seamless integration with business processes, drives user adoption, and delivers measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to align with business needs.
  • Manage data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful go-live.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
  • Liaise with Microsoft partners and technical teams for escalations and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Proficiency in one or more modules: Sales, Finance, Business Central, Field Service, etc.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in sales, finance, or operations.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-910) are preferred.

  • Strong documentation and training capabilities.

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities
  • Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling
  • Effective Communication skills to present data insights
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
  • Experience with data visualization tools and software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
