About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team for an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 and will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying CRM solutions while collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Configure and customize CRM systems, including entities, forms, dashboards, and security roles.
  • Perform data migration and manage CRM integrations with third-party and Microsoft applications.
  • Develop and maintain plug-ins, workflows, JavaScript, and custom integrations using Dynamics CRM SDK.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Stay updated with Dynamics 365 features and recommend upgrades or improvements.
  • Support CRM deployment, release management, and version upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferably Dynamics 365).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Dynamics CRM SDK/Web API.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for working with global teams.
