Role: Business Development Executive

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join our fast-growing team at SSPS Global Private Limited.

Responsibilities

  • Search and identify relevant tenders across multiple portals.
  • Handle complete online and offline tender bidding processes.
  • Coordinate with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation using MS Word and Excel.
  • Draft business proposals, tender documents, and client communication with strong written English.
  • Follow up with clients for updates, clarifications, and project requirements.
  • Maintain and update client databases and project records.
  • Support senior management in various business development activities.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt to the company's culture effectively and lead other teams.

Experience: 0- 2 Years
