Responsibilities:

  • New client onboarding follow-up and help them set up the server per their requirements.
  • Address support tickets regarding the server or application-related issues
  • Guide customers with simple, step-by-step instructions through chat, email, and call
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting of client issues
  • Record technical issues and solutions in Tickets
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Followup with clients to ensure their servers are functional
  • Report customer feedback and potential product requests
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and perform quality work on all services requests
  • Help create technical documentation and manuals

Requirements:

  • Good Language and Strong Communications Skills
  • Understanding of Computer Support and Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Windows Server product and/or Apple Operating Systems
  • Ability to Work in a 24 *7 Team structure
  • Ability to Prioritize Projects
  • Expected to work in shifts covering good overlap with US time zones.

Professional Experience: 0 Months to 2 years

Education: BTech/MTech/BCA/MCA/BSc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹75,000.00 per month
