Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Manager located in Pune. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, negotiating with vendors, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials. Other day-to-day tasks include evaluating suppliers, overseeing inventory management, tracking procurement costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing and procuring materials
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Ability to evaluate suppliers and manage supplier relationships
  • Knowledge of inventory management and procurement cost tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Relevant experience in industrial processing or related industries is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
