Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Manager to take full ownership of statutory compliance, especially finalization of Income Tax and GST. The ideal candidate should come with a strong background in finance & accounting and have hands-on experience in handling statutory filings and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalize and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, etc.) accurately and on time.
  • Manage Income Tax matters including TDS, Advance Tax, Return Filing and coordination with auditors or consultants.
  • Handle year-end financial finalization, including preparation of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
  • Ensure complete statutory compliance with ESI, PF, PT, TDS, GST and Income Tax.
  • Coordinate and manage internal, statutory and tax audits.
  • Maintain up-to-date ledgers and ensure all financial records are accurate and audit-ready.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Supervise junior accountants and ensure timely submission of financial data.
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act and ROC filings where applicable.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and financial discipline.
  • Proficient in Zoho Books for daily accounting operations (Preferable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or CA Inter.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in core accounting
  • Strong hands-on experience in finalizing GST and Income Tax.
  • Working knowledge of Zoho Books. (Preferable)
  • Excellent understanding of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliance.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Willingness to work from both office and factory locations.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, processes and regulatory changes.
  • Up to date with latest changes in taxation and compliance regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
