Key Responsibilities: Sales Cloud Implementation & Support:

  • Assist in configuring sales territories, lead and opportunity management, and forecasting tools.
  • Support setup of customer data models including accounts, contacts, and relationships.
  • Help with integration of Sales Cloud with other CX modules and ERP systems.
  • Participate in testing, UAT, and go-live activities.

Functional Analysis & Documentation:

  • Gather and document business requirements related to sales processes.
  • Create functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Support gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing processes.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Assist in building dashboards and reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Help monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs.

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Oracle CX Sales Cloud functionalities.
  • Exposure to CRM systems and sales process automation.
  • Familiarity with Oracle SaaS platform, data models, and integration tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Oracle CX Cloud Certification (Sales Cloud).
  • Internship or project experience in CRM or ERP systems.
