**Key Responsibilities**:Sales Cloud Implementation & Support**:

- Assist in configuring sales territories, lead and opportunity management, and forecasting tools.
- Support setup of customer data models including accounts, contacts, and relationships.
- Help with integration of Sales Cloud with other CX modules and ERP systems.
- Participate in testing, UAT, and go-live activities.

**Functional Analysis & Documentation**:

- Gather and document business requirements related to sales processes.
- Create functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Support gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing processes.

**Reporting & Analytics**:

- Assist in building dashboards and reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Help monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of Oracle CX Sales Cloud functionalities.
- Exposure to CRM systems and sales process automation.
- Familiarity with Oracle SaaS platform, data models, and integration tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Oracle CX Cloud Certification (Sales Cloud).
- Internship or project experience in CRM or ERP systems.
