Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Dadar, Mumbai
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Education Qualification:
- B.E. in Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Facility Management, with strong exposure to Utility Systems and HVAC operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of utility equipment such as compressors, chillers, DG sets, and air-handling units.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Monitor energy usage and implement cost-saving measures.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely execution of facility-related contracts.
- Handle breakdowns and emergencies efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental standards.
- Maintain facility-related documentation and reports.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and utility systems.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with facility audits and compliance norms.
