We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Zaver Mahal a prestigious heritage building in Mumbai This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of the building while preserving its historical charm Responsibilities include but not limited to Building Management Coordinate with residents vendors and the BMC for smooth building operations Monitor and coordinate with the security agency to maintain a secure environment Conduct regular inspections of all flats to identify and address safety and maintenance issues particularly water leakage and pests Review CCTV footage to ensure security protocols are adhered to Oversee elevator maintenance and ensure optimal performance Develop and implement systems and procedures for efficient building management Owner s Residence Management Assist with the management of the owner s residence including inventory control staff management and vendor coordination Oversee maintenance and repair work including painting plumbing electrical and carpentry Develop and implement systems for efficient residence management Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in facility management or hospitality Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working Hours This is a hybrid role requiring a physical presence at the building for half a day daily at least 5 days a week The remaining work hours can be flexible based on workload and completed from home We offer a high degree of flexibility but expect a similar level of flexibility from the candidate
