Job Title: Facility Manager – Admin & Compliance

Job Description:

We are looking for a Facility Manager – Admin & Compliance to oversee the day-to-day administration, facility management, and compliance operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, maintain regulatory compliance, and coordinate efficiently with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee office administration, facility operations, and coordination activities.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle HR support tasks — including email ID creation, visiting cards, biometric attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and company events.
  • Maintain statutory, legal, and regulatory compliance documentation.
  • Assist in audits and maintain accurate compliance records.
  • Liaise with vendors, government departments, and service providers.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage contracts effectively.
  • Ensure smooth record-keeping, correspondence, and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of administrative operations and compliance procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
