Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a South India Sales Head at Acute Communication Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Hyderabad. The Sales Head will be responsible for managing and growing the sales team, driving sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing account management, conducting market analysis, developing sales plans, and coordinating with the marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings. The Sales Head will also be responsible for team management, including training and mentoring sales staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management, and driving sales growth
- Strong Account Management skills and the ability to maintain and build client relationships
- Analytical Skills for market analysis and strategic planning
- Team Management experience, including training and mentoring a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the vehicle tracking or fleet management industry is a plus
