Now, we're hiring a sharp, driven
Venture Capital Analyst

who can help us go deeper into the private markets, enhance our investor-startup matching logic, and elevate our deal curation engine.

What You'll Do:

  • Research VC trends, active funds, and startup ecosystems across the U.S., India, and emerging markets
  • Analyze startup decks, business models, and key metrics to match them with the right investors
  • Assist in refining our
    AI recommendation engine

with better investor-fit logic
- Evaluate and categorize investor theses to improve tagging and search filters
- Summarize investment insights and develop playbooks on deal pattern recognition
- Work with our product and growth teams to build smarter deal sourcing and filtering workflows
- Contribute directly to the
scaling of our deal intelligence systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years

of experience in
VC, private equity, IB, consulting, or startup analysis
- Strong research & analytical skills — you love market maps, numbers, and nuance
- Proficiency in reading startup decks and understanding business models
- Ability to write clearly and distill complex investment insights into actionable content
- Bonus:
MBA, CFA Level 1/2, VC analyst programs, or completed angel investing courses
- Extra Bonus: Experience with tools like PitchBook, Crunchbase, or Carta
