The Dinesh Hinduja Family Office manages a diversified portfolio across public and

private markets, both domestically and globally. We follow a disciplined investment

philosophy with a long-term horizon, emphasising manager selection, portfolio

construction, and risk management.

Mr Dinesh Hinduja is one of the former promoters of Gokaldas Exports, a publicly listed

entity. The CIO office supports and executes on its investment strategy.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated MBA Intern – Public Markets Analyst to join our

investment team in Bangalore. This internship offers hands-on experience in manager

selection, equity research, investment analysis, and portfolio monitoring, with a

focus on both domestic and global public markets. The role also offers exposure to

private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) investing. The intern will work with the

investment team, which reports to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), and gain

valuable experience in a family office setting, providing a unique opportunity to learn

from senior investment leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on fund managers and investment strategies

across domestic and global markets.

  • Support portfolio monitoring and manager performance evaluation.
  • Assist in equity research, investment analysis, and valuation review as

needed.

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating PE/VC investment opportunities.
  • Explore and evaluate AI/ML-driven methods for investment analysis and

insights.

  • Prepare investment memos, presentations, and market updates for internal

discussions.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop new investment ideas and manage

recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Current MBA student, Pre-MBA candidate, or recent graduate.
  • Strong interest in investment management, fund selection, portfolio

construction, and alternative investments (PE/VC).

  • CFA Level 1 passed (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity or interest in AI, machine learning, or data analytics in finance is a

plus.

  • Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred candidates: From top business schools (IIMs, ISB, and leading

US/Global B-Schools.
