Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a team of collectors to achieve monthly targets for loan recoveries through field collections.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers' premises to identify potential issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for improving collection efficiency, reducing delinquency rates, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Responsible for achieving bucket wise collections targets assigned.
  • Effective Manpower Management and timely reporting of any issues and negotiate on critical delinquent accounts and obtain repayments to minimize losses. Drive Manpower efficiency and productivity.
  • Following Collection Process starting from collection, reciting, repossession and surrender process. Understand the entire collection Process, System understanding end to end. Abide by the policies of the company.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in collections management.
  • Strong understanding of Financial industry, good ability with financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
