Education Background :
Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
  • Ensure tax compliance by preparing and filing tax returns in accordance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing any audit findings.
  • Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Ensure familiarity and compliance with Company Law.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with organisational goals and local labor laws.
    •Manage employee engagement programs to foster a motivated and productive team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and assist in designing employee development programs.

  • Knowledge of banking transactions, reconciliation, and managing banking relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.

  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records efficiently
  • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a private company setting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, especially Tally Prime and Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Organise team-building activities and internal communication strategies.
